whats peoples opinions on training cardio then weights or vise versa
In the past i did hill sprints followed by light cleans(felt ok)
In the past hill sprint where limited to a 30 min period including a warm up then weights, now thinking about doing weights then hill sprints, i intend to run for longer at jogging pace then hill sprints, has anyone done anything similar.

weights>>>cardio for me always.

Because I can lift heavier, and will not affect my cardio whatever.

While doing cardio first will affect the amount of weight I push.

Exactly the same as Gerbil; also I won't do cardio on the same days I work my legs
