I have been asked to post information relating to the internet Scam www.cuttingedgemartialartssupplies.co.uk. I have asked the police to begin an investigation on the grounds of embezzlement, but in the meantime it is important for all of those affected to take action to reinforce the fact that the conduct of the company is illegal. Here is what you can do:

(1) write an email to his payment service provider stating that their client is in violation of merchant protocol, by failing to advertise a phone number and legitimate trading address. support@sagepay.com

(2) go on the norton websafe site and submit a review. There are already a number of unfavourable reviews and it is a good way of gauging the number of people affected

(3) go on the www.reviewcentre.com website and write a review on here too. Review Centre is a fantastic organisation, and it will support and verify the claims made by those affected

(4) if he is not refunding your money, call your bank and ask for a chargeback form. This will allow you to explain his conduct and get the bank to literally grab the money back from his merchant account

(5) finally, you could perhaps contact the owner directly, but we all know this doesn't work. Here are his details for those who don't know

This is the company's registered trading address, so it is perfectly acceptable to communicate with them at the address by phoning them or writing to them. Just because this information was found by someone on this forum, doesn't make it illegitimate

You can get your justice through official channels. I am a lawyer, and I know for a fact that civilized conduct wins through most of the time.

Wow this is crazy i have been told about this forum , I am the owner of Cuttingedgemartialartssupplies and reading through this forum i am very unhappy with these customer orders being an issue it has never been my intention to do this in no way shape or form and from the first post on this forum to the last it seems it has gone slightly over the top so I wanted to post.

First and foremost sorry for anybody that has had problems and assure you that we do not try and cause any of these issues.

There are many reasons why you may have had problems with us and many other companies but I can only tell you ours, but also bearing in mind that people are very much more likely to post a problem on a forum than good news but I understand all issues , also there have been orders where we have lost a lot of money just to be able to supply products for customers that are in a rush for them for a fight or training but it seems only one of them have posted on here.

We do not have an overall issue on the website with problem orders and the percentage is a very low amount , we would love that to get down to nothing but sometimes that is not reachable no matter what a company does or how hard they try.

Since starting trading www.cuttingedgemartialartssupplies.co.uk (http://www.cuttingedgemartialartssupplies.co.uk) has completed around 5000 orders of which incomparision to issues in here is a very small amount of problems but still need addressing.

Why have we had these problems?

Well there are a few reasons we can put our hands up to part of it but also there are alot of issues that we are currently fighting against every minute of the day.

The website does alot more orders than we expected from the start and we was not set up for that so we put our hands up to that and have upgraded alot of what we do only just this week.

Getting stock seems to have been a major issue for many distributors in this industry for the past year and how we set up our website was to send out orders if in stock straight away and if not then get them in next day and send them out in the timescales required but the supply has been making that very very hard to do we have found that.

So this week we have added new systems , taken off alot of brands that have caused an issue , obviously kept on ones that dont cause an issue generally and also kept those on that appear to be doing alot about it and ones we can see that maybe we will not get issues from in the future, so we do not supply them anymore and also changed many other aspects of the website to ensure we can run a lot better and supply you the important ones with what you require send in the timescales stated when you order , if forsome reason we cannot then fast communication to tell you so.We have also changed our royal mail situation to recorded rather than normal post and also now use dhl with full tracking available for us to answer any of your queries.

If you speak to most distributors in the industry they can tell you we are placing largish orders nearly every day with them so obviously we are buying and sending products no problem.

Yet again sorry for anybody who has had a problem and to my knowledge at the moment there are no outstanding issues and since the change over last week emails have been cleared up very quickly , communication has speeded up no end and long may this continue.

Yet again sorry for any of you that have been caught up in these problems we have had and I am working very very hard to rectify those issues and give a greater service going forward

I will go as far to state you are a liar and a con artist and i urge anybody reading this to never deal with this person. Not only does he run this shady company but he also runs "Crazy about mobile phones" both of which are run from a residential adress. He is not a business man, he is a con artist.
