Thanks to everyone who attended the seminars this weeked, I really appreciate you finding the time in your schedules and the £10 to come along.

Was an awesome seminar and Ian is one of the best MMA coaches out there. I'm sure if you want more, Ian would be happy to organise training at your club.

Also my apologies for not being there today. Bit of a family emergency, with my daughter being in hostpital.

Fantastic seminar, learnt so much from Ian.

Ian has such a great way of getting his messages across in a manner that you will never forget and only shows you the techniques that work and win fights.

Just wanted to say to Aaron i hope your daughter makes a speedy recovery, also wanted to say what a great seminar Ian put on, i learnt loads and am looking forward to using some of it in my next fight.

Seriously though, I'd imagine it's impossible to not learn something from Ian, the people he's trained with around the world and the fact that he's probably been in every situation you could think of, positive and negative in the ring during his career.

I'd personally still like to see him compete, he proved his worth (i.e age aint nothing but a number) against Cahoon

Thanks to the Butlins, and the M1 team. As an observer just taking pictures, Ian's seminar was very good. I learned a fair bit just from being there taking photos. If your a pro fighter i cant imagine how you would not be able to use the techniques taught, as he went through everything very clearly and breaks eveything down with good analogies and also relating things to specific fights where he used a particluar technique.

Gyms with people of all levels not just pro fighters should definatly book him for a seminar, i think anyone would take alot away from his level of experience.

Hope your daughter is ok, stangely enough i got home on saturday and my 9 year old daugher was feeling really ill too, first thing u think at the moment is swine flu!
