Hi guys,
I've decided to get back into mma but iv decided to go down a weight class and loosed some serious weight. I naturally walk around at the 18st mark and obviously have to cut down to the 205lb mark, 14st 6lb. Has anyone got any advice on good ways to lose that much weight and keep it off:)

It's basically the Atkins diet, but making sure you have a carb heavy meal after training to help recovery. Working good for me.
If I eat what I want I'm 76kg. I've been on this diet for around a month and walking around at 72kg, the weight is coming off, slow and steady. and not feeling weak at all. I'm aiming to walk around at 70kg.

Really easy and simple way to lose weight (fat in perticular) is to do a cardio workout in the morning when you wake up, before you eat breakfast. e.g go for a run etc. Your body burns fat for energy as there isnt any food in your stomach to burn :)

i've tried that, but find it impossible, eating is my hobbie, especially as i have abnormal metabolism and dont gain any weight what-so-ever, i've been a lean, mean 10 stone since i was 14, im now 16, only 5'6 so im not really worried
