Hi,

I'm travelling down from Essex to Kingston Upon Thymes for Business next week, and will be staying there for a few days.. Wondered if i could use this opportunity to train at some different gyms in the area....

I am willing to travel a bit to get there, does anyone know of any gyms around Kingston Upon Thymes/Richmond/Teddington sort of Area which would be worth training at?

Cheers

Hey, this might seem out of context to this thread, but because there is a Kingston Upon Thymes and Kingston, Ontario Canada... I seem to get a lot of people asking where my club - Martial Arts aXis is in Kingston (in the UK) - but I'm based in Kingston Ontario Canada (http://www.martialartsaxis.com).. Just so people know.

For MMA in Kingston Ontario (http://www.martialartsaxis.com), please come visit us - Martial Arts aXis - and ask about our 30 Day Free Trial for our BJJ (http://www.martialartsaxis.com) & MMA (http://www.martialartsaxis.com) programs for Teens, Adults and Youth.

You can also find us on YouTube, Facebook or Twitter.

Otherwise, I would suggest you checkout http://www.axisbjj.co.uk/.. I trained with Phil in Tokyo Japan for over 2 years at Rickson Gracie's Academy there.. He is a extremely talented fighter. Knowing how good he is from training together, I would travel a good distance to train with him (hoping to meet up this summer back in Japan). He has my highest recommendation.

Good luck with your training Dominus!

MMA & BJJ In Kingston Ontario Canada (http://www.martialartsaxis.com)

BJJ In Cambridge UK (http://www.axisbjj.co.uk/home)

BJJ In Tokyo Japan (http://axisjj.com/)

Of course, for the 3 of us, all our programs are based off the Gracie Curriculum - which started BJJ and also had the Gracie Family dominating in Vale Tudo and MMA for 19+ years.

Of course, in the end, make sure you find a club that fits you, your training style and personality.
