Im already going to different sports clubs in london and now Im looing to attend a bjj class or submission wrestling class somewhere in london for about a max of £35 a month. Anyone know any classes within this price range

If you are a teenager you can train at Carlson Gracie London for £40 pounds month unlimited.
Most clubs charge around 8 to 10 pounds per individual class, whilst some clubs offer discounts for a double lessons.student rates etc.It really depends on what part of London you plan to train in.

Teenagers can train for £5 per class at Carlson Gracie Hammersmith
or in unlimited BJJ,MMA,Muay Thai,No Gi,Judo for £40 per month.

Adults are £8 and £60 Respectively.
