Whats the easiest and best way to do this ? these are jigsaw mats and not the thick heavy foam ones. Thanks

Hmmm, not speaking from experience but you are gonna need a washer or two, fairly big ones I would say!

well applied velcro would hold them up , you can get thick 2" self adhesive strips, would need to put strips on the wall and strips on the mat , this would work fine as its not like you are going around trying to tear them off the walls.

points to that man there.....No Nails would work a dream, I got some shite the other day some brick cement called "Gun A Nail" it blows no nails out the water but dont expect to take them off again

thats what we done in our gym. but we found it easier to batten the wall and screw the plywood to the wall first, then we used GripFill to stick them to the ply. and they are 40mm thick heavy duty mats.

For what its worth, its cheaper and better to use fencing or netting. I have a 20 foot fence that cost me about £100. I used to have a 7' net in my garage (before I got the gym) and it was awesome. Cost about £30 but probably not durable enough for a gym

How did you put this together? Did you build some type of frame to hang the fencing on?
