Im off camping this afternoon with the mrs. any suggestions where we can go. were looking for a site close to a bit of nightlife with good facitilites around 2hrs max from liverpool. not wales tho. thanks

Might be a bit late now but Gordale Scar has a nifty little camp site with a stream runnin threw it. The owner festers in a caravan he's a proper redneck with 3 teeth.
Black Rock sands has a nice camp site right near the sea so u can go bangin on beach ( Wales tho )

I think you can camp at Delamere ??? not sure what it's like tho, only bin on the MTB trails
