New BJJ Basics Classes at Carlson Gracie Hammersmith

Due to the popularity of our Monday 6.30pm and Friday 7.45pm BJJ BASICS CLASSES,we have added another class -

BJJ BASICS ON WEDNESDAY'S 6.30PM-7.45PM

Our basics classes our highly suited to beginners.They are taught with focus on the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu,such as advancing positional dominance and escaping from bad positions.

The classes are welcome to everyone.Beginners may train in any class at Carlson Gracie but we tailor the Basics classes specifically for their needs.

ADULT MONTHLY UNLIMITED TRAINING £60
TEENAGER MONTHLY UNLIMITED TRAINING £40
