I have some on the walls and under equipment in my gym at home. they are ok, wouldnt fancy rolling on them though.

have a look at th ehome gym thread, you might see thme as i posted some pics

yeah I saw it, nice little set up you have there. are the ones in your gym 12mm?

I was looking for a big peice of heavy duty foam, dont know were to buy tho.

I cant see the pics at work mate but the red and green are 40 mm shogun matts, the others are the 12mm ones. I think i got 130 sq feet from ebay. they are good to put equiment on and for around the walls and stuff. they might work on grass just not sure how strong they are at holding together and rolling on.

try an upholsterers for the foam

Rolling perhaps, but not judo like it says on the advert. I really would not want to breakfall a hard uki otoshi on to those. I prefer my collarbone in its joint :)

It needs to be 40mm min in a gym for insurance purposes so 12mm might sting a bit.

Mind you I've rolled on carpet before with my mates.

I've rolled on them on a hard wood floor and its ok. Not great but ok. Defo no takedowns or throws. Ok for stand up area too as its good under foot and doesnt get too sweaty; but I'd look at investing in the 40mm stuff as above.
