EVERY1 PLS READ - Your feedback needed

Hi everyone,

I just want to see how much interest there is at this stage. I’m planning to organise another women’s BJJ seminar but this time it will be aimed at women who have never done BJJ before.
So this is a chance for your wives/gf's/sisters/female friends to see what all this rolling around on the floor stuff is all about!

The seminar will be taught by blue belt women and will be in London, exact date, location, price etc TBC. Pls note that the seminar will be a one-off and will be academy neutral (not associated with any particular academy)

Please have a chat with all the women you know and let me know who is potentially interested.

If it was a bit closer to home I'd definately be there!
We have loads of women train in our thai class but not so much for MMA/groundwork, maybe when they see me looking like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards it puts them off a bit! LOL :(

I would be interested in a beginners seminar, as I am new to BJJ (done about 5 lessons). But, 'daar sarf' is a little too far for it to be worthwhile for me I'm afraid.

We have a number of female students and we are just about to start some gi classes. When you have a date in mind, post it up and we'll add it to the club timetable.

I just meant somewhere a bit more central, the seminar sounds great but I wouldn't really want to sit on the M1 for 5 hours. I understand this is a key seminar & I do want to support womens MMA but I've got 2 kids & a hubby who works/trains all the hours god sends.....its hard enough getting to train at my own club which is 5 minutes away!!!
