Our Freestyle Wrestling class times have been moved to:
Monday - 8pm &
Saturday - 3pm.
These classes are a must for any grapplers wanting to improve their takedowns and conditioning.
Our BJJ classes (under Pedro Bessa BJJ) are held Monday - Friday at 11:30am and 6:30pm.
All our welcome, 1st BJJ and Wrestling class is FREE.
