I think, but might be wrong that Green Tea supplements simply ramp up the metabolism, similar to caffeine. I am currently using Met RX fat burners and I think they are working :)

The best appetite suppressant I know of is food!
Whole food sources with a high protein content and carbohydrates with a high fibre content should keep you fuller for longer. High fat foods work too, but obviously contain more energy (calories).

i work in a sports nutrition shop and have used LA Fat Stripper intense which is as most fat burners r heavily based on green tea exctract. the caffine along with some other ingerdients will boost ur metabolism to an extent though you do notice a decrease in appetite.
on the flip side as many ppl hav said doing it with will power and hard training is much more rewarding! nothing compares to a bit of hard work! ;) and there is NO magic pill! i promise you tht! a good training programme, clean diet and will power is all you need ma man!
try balanceing you meals in a 1:1 carbs:protein ratio n u should start to see a difference in you bodys composition. though u need to up ur carb intake to 2:1 at breakfast and post-workout, then leave out carbs completely before bed!
feel free to e-mail me bro

i should note however the mind is a powerful thing and placebo effects come into the picture with thermogenic fat burners.
ALSO really look into the ingredients in ur chosen product as some r really bad for ur ticker!
most of the time when u think ur hunger, say 2hr after a meal, ur actually just thirsty as ur brain can confuse the hunger and thirst signals. so try gettin a pint of water in ye, wait 15mins n if ur still hungry hav a small snack (handful of unsalted cashews + large apple)
L-glutamine can help with sugar cravings btw, its not completely proven but i know a few ppl that swear by it...

Chromium Piccolinate balances your blood sugar levels, hopefully keeping hunger at bay, I'd suggest that as it's a natural supplement

so is L-Glutamine... :S
i also it wont keep hunger at bay u need something to fill ur stomach to stop hungers, cravings r different.
L-Glutamine is probs one of the best things you can take as a fighter. mix it into a good diet n maybe some creatine n ur laughin! aslong as ur a good fighter lol

I was replying in reply to the ECA Stack suggestion :-D
L-Glutamine ditto a very good supplement, but it doesn't work in the same way as Chromium Piccolinate in terms of balancing blood sugar, it's an amino acid profile :-)
I love it, as a supplement, it's one of the 3 I wouldn't be without, I take it pre-morning cardio to prevent muscle breakdown and going catabolic
