View Full Version : New Gracie Barra club in Hipperholme (Halifax)

Alright guys

A new extension of Gracie barra leeds is opening this month!!
Training is tuesday and thursday from 8pm, the club is in hipperholme, 10 mins from the bradford M62 junction.
Classes will be Gi
Head instructor Victor Estima
Class instructors Richard Couch, Tom Harris and Darren Good

If you have any queries just ask

Cool, only a couple of minutes from my gaff. Where are the classes held?

Who'd have thought you'd get BJJ in Hipperholme! Crazy...

Richard is a great guy really enjoy rolling with him and a very good coach. Will be down to train with the posh one ;-)

First class is on tuesday 15th at 8pm and the thurs from 8.

This saturday its the opening of the gym, there is a free bjj class at 2.30ish, come along and check the gym out!!

It was 'Shapers' before it was shut down to be re-opened under a different name. And, if there's a room with mats then why does it even matter what the establishment is called?

Was a good class BTW, I will be back.

My first post here! That said, I've been training at GB Leeds for about 18 months and at Bad Company for about 4 and a half years so I'm not completely unknown. Anyway, I've been updating the Grace Barra Leeds website and there's some details on the new club at http://www.graciebarraleeds.com/halifax-gym. The pin on the map isn't quite in the right place (wrong side of the road), but I think it's in the right area.
