Basic info - It's a four week taster course for absolute beginners.
It's £30 for three sessions per week, four week duration course which is as cheap as MMAliens Mum.

Tuesday - 7pm til 8:30pm
Thursday - 5:30pm til 7pm
Saturday - 11am til 12pm

Also hosted at the same venue, and structured to specifically not clash and hopefully compliment are...

Eagles Thai Boxing
Trained with Kru Lee off and on for years. He's the real deal for all things Thai and if he wasn't so fat I'd say he's worth his weight in gold, three times over.
Mondays - Ultimate Fitness Centre 6-7 beginners, 7-8 traditional Muay Thai and Muay Boran, 8-9 Fighters/Advanced

Thursdays - Ultimate Fitness Centre 6-7 beginners, 7-8 traditional Muay Thai and Muay Boran, 8-9 Fighters/Advanced

and

Chris Rees - Gracie Barra, Swansea (cough, Jack Bastards, cough)
Chris Rees = Nicest guy in BJJ. Also trained with him,at his dojo in Swansea, and he's tied me in knots (then we trained some more).

BJJ and Submission Grappling every Wednesday from 8pm til 9.30pm
