Attila Varga (our Muay Thai Instructor) will be teaching a
Strength and Conditioning class using KETTLEBELLS
every Tuesday at 2pm.
This is an ideal opportunity to do some strength training
straight after Wilson Junior's Lunchtime Gi class.
As usual the class is free if you're on a monthly or £10 if you're not.
