That's absolutely mental. I'm surprised he can get his hand that close to his face without his muscles touching and preventing his arm from bending. I hope he is looking to have a few fights, and this is not just a 1-2 fight vs. 'cans' for a bit of celeb status.

guy he's fighting is 13-4 as a pro boxer, according to many sites..

so looks like both are boxers with no ground game.

he always seemed to be the best at the cardio events on WSM... whether that translates into good cardio whilst fighting, i don't know, but can you honestly see any of his fights lasting long enough to find out? i imagine he'll only have a handful of fights, and will either tear the asshole out of his opponent and throw it into the crowd within a minute, or get owned big time by a ""proper"" fighter early on

i'm sure someone on here said he'd easily be able to get down to 265, he looks huge there, tough to see him getting down if he's over 300lb!

Yes. but Brock is nowhere near as lean.


However I do think Maruisz could make the HW limit, if he focused on MMA only... would lose a lot of muscle mass.

I thought Brock cut down from about 280 or so, but don't really know for sure. That might just be in the run up to a fight. Brock is massive, but looks like Walter Softy in comparison to Mariusz.

It amazing that i still love to see crazy fights like this.

Predicton Marius will gas like crazy and lose by tko or he'll pick the guy up and throw him out of the cage like a beer keg at WSM!!!!

lol, he moves quite well for a big guy.

On the HW limit, it depends what rules he fights under. The UFC doesn't have a superheavy weight catagory, so fighters have to get down to 120k. Pride had no upper limit to HW and other promotions have SHW at 120k+...

305lbs is massive though!

I think Brock cuts down from 300(ish) and fights at about 280lbs.

The only thing that could make it better would be Jouko Ahola standing at the side of the stage shouting "Lift... Good lift!" every time he tries one of his fancy moves lol (is it Ahola who does that?)

A HQ gif of him throwing the lasso & then spinning in a circle at the end of the dance would be priceless like a fine piece of art.

mariusz by bear hug... if he squeezes you he'll break your ribs.
i would like to see him gain experience then crush brock. mabey pull his head off or something like that.
pudz is the man. if he gets on top.... you might as well prayer, hope your gum sheild fits.... and be ready to tap. he can out strength anyone in the world (proven) he'll put someones head through the cage floor. :) :)
