This is a lovely little creation of John Nicolsons (ninjawarrior) and it simulates a round of hard fighting in the cage.

first min- 4 punch power combination on pads followed by a sprawl
2nd minute- bottom game- a dude is in top guard trying to pass your guard aggressively
3rd min- constant knees from sidemount into bag
4th min clinch- try to take each other down
5 min- top game or clinch knees

Do 3 rds of this then puke. It important to have somene who can encourage you to work harder and slap you about when your being a pussy.

Like the sprawl bit in the first min, we work the sprawl so that when the instructor shouts sprawl you do so then get up and fire in knees to the pad holder. For a change last night we did it with 3 uppercuts instead as we'd worked knees after leapfroggs.

Haven't puked for a long time, just felt as though I was having a heart attack instead last night.

The circuit of puke is fun.

I just punched for the first 4 mins as Mr hip cried at sprawls.
Dunno if i got off easy or it made it harder lmao.

The best part is, when you only have a min rest and have to do it again LOL

this is pretty good, macc do you guys train on weekends, i might come up and train for 1 day or so

though iid seen it before, (or somethign similar)

colin sexton does this in his vale tudo fitness class.

(add in the sit ups eith 4 hooks, 20 stomach knees then 20 head knees on the back - standing) etc

its fun!!!

I really don't like the idea of puking but this sounds like a good way to prepare for a mma fight. Do you do it for 3 rounds as i expect this would be the optimum rate and probably result in some decent pukage.
