Ok... so I want to make some training playlists...

But rather than go through lottss of songs and selecting it myself I thought I would see what everyone else trains to!

Then I can make an ultimate playlist!!

Ok, my kinda stuff is a little varied, and may not work for you; but it does for me.

- "Love really hurts without you" - Billy Ocean
- "Techno Viking Theme"
- "Evacuate the dancefloor" - Cascada
- "Lets Go" Trick Daddy
- "Hammer Smashed Face" - Cannibal Corpse
- "Psycho Holiday" - Pantera
- "Enemy Crush" - Skrip Breaks
- "Dragula (Hot Rod Herman ReMix)" - Rob Zombie
- "Wicked Game" HIM
- "Montage" DVDA

....sometimes I throw in a tune bt SUBMERGED, or anything Electro, Breakbeat or some fast, heavy metal

metallica 1-10 when conditioning But then sometimes i'll mix in some Wasp(yeah i said it) Wand loves his wasp.
when training striking/ grappling i like to have some old school 80s/early 90s hip hop, stuff like GZA- shadowbox'n, and general wu tang tunes.
But one song i seem to play all the time now is thunder by prodigy its just an absolute tune.

Autopilot Off - Blessed by a nightmare
Crystal Method - Name of the game
Eminem - Fight Music (Gets me in the mood lol)
Prodigy (In general)

I'll edit when I fix my iPod, also mix it up with some slow music so you don't get overpumped and lose focus.

You don't need playlists, just get all of Lamb of God's albums and put them on random.

I have nothing to add to this, I just felt it was too good to not repeat

Current fave for the gym is a live Sepultura double CD from a 1996 gig at Brixton Academy. Last ever gig they did with Max Cavalera on vocals, its magic!
