anyone broke or fractured there ribs while doing mma i think i broke mine about 6wks ago had 3wks doing nothing at all ive been back doing cardio for 3wks but i still get abit pain and niggles from my side.i want to get back grappleing in a couple of weeks but i dont want to fuck it up again anyone had this problem and any suggestions of what to do or how long u were out for as im sick as fuck with not being able to train properly lol
