start saving your piss (in a jug) every night after training soak a tea towel in the piss (it doesnt have to be your own) and place it around your shins for about half an hour. go to bed with out washing it off, eventually when your shins are starting to stain yellow and smell like sugar puffs you'll have shins of steel.

the enzymes in your urine have a hardening effect on the soft tissue around the shin bone honest.

lol super tough.
if the rock hard shin doesnt knock opponents over the stench of the shin will.
