just go and have fun, dont worry if you cant master the technique in a day, nobody does.
if you gas on the pads, just keep going but at a slower place instead of stopping for 20secs and taking a breather.

Not bad ta :) getting in about 4k 2 or 3 times a week (depending on work lol) and the mma conditioning is doing wonders, losing me gut :D
Only problem is I'm solidly at 16 stone still and not moving lol

Partner Drills are your best bet... Just practice the movements and placements slowly then build it up.

Stop eating the babies :]
Buy some thai oil and prepare for bruising :D

Whats Thai oil do?
Relief of brusing and muscle pains :
Use as a Pre-fight/training warm up oil or apply liniment post training/fight onto the affected area and gently massage in gently. Particularly effective for bruised and sore shins
The active ingredient in the boxing liniment is methyl salicylate. Methyl salicylate is a natural product derived from the the wintergreen plant, an evergreen shrub

Been around for ages (under various brand names) and never get any complaints about them. We started doing them und our own brand name this year.
All our FIGHTSHOP range of kit is from manufactures that have been around for ages producing other brand names (some very well known indeed). We didn’t just go to the cheapest supplier we could find on the internet but used tried and tested products.
