But given the cost wouldn't you rather have brought 2 different weights? Guess its how you use them.
I tend to do a lot of single arm exercises with them so maybe thats why.

If your new to kettlebells get pavels tsatsoulines book enter the kettlebell, do the program minimum in there for a month or two to get your swings and getups as perfect as possible then move onto the ROP. As others have said newitts or cheapest. Iv got some from london kettlebells and they are good quality also iv heard wolverson and intense fitness are very high standard aswell.

Kettlebells were our biggest equipment seller this year. We have alot of pro-boxers come into the shops who use them. Strange thing is kettlebells have been around for donkeys yet only just seem to have been truly discovered.
Make sure you use the correct weight for your strength, seen so many injuries!!

£59.95. Be carefull if you decide to get a cheaper one, make sure it is solid iron all the way through. There are cheaper versions which have a rubber weight in the centre and tend to crack if you're throwing it around.
