When fitness trainers make exercise videos, they are USUALLY teaching/instructing the viewers how to do the same technique. This dude is going into an empty room of a gym and recording himself doing whatever the f*ck it is that he is doing and that’s all. I don’t get it. Could someone please explain WTF?

i think alot of people are a bit harsh on Jay, sure he is an easy target and he does put his foot in it with his bragging but i think sometimes he is hounded here.
