Hi all, I was wondering if any kind soul would be willing to draw me up a plan for training. I can only train monday tuesday friday and saturday due to work and college so if anyone can devise a training plan for me to follow that is suited to MMA and combat sports I'd be forever grateful.
At the moment, I can do a pityful 18 pressups in a minute and 31 situps a minute.
