I always enjoy watching Oli Geddes at Ground Control as he has a really sharp half guard.

Who else? why?

I'd say Ollie Geddes for sure. he is the only guy i know who ALWAYS works from half guard. and testament to how good he is from that position is the fact that despite all of his opponents knowing where the fight will go, he still wins 99% of the tournys he competes in, inc the euros last year.
