To anyone interested in burning off some Christas poundage......Craig Ewers has organised a grappling open mat at 12pm tomorrow (New years eve) at the Welsh Institute of Sport, Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. For BJJ, Judo and Wrestlers. All welcome.
