If its against Juan Manuel Marquez I fancy his chances of winning.

No surrender

Marquez is the name that keeps coming up hope this will be in the uk!

Would love it to pan out so that he fights Marquez then Urango then challenges for the winner of Pac man VS Maywether...winning them all obviously :)

he looks in terrible shape marquez is way undersized, marquez is a better fighter but is probably giving up too much weight to hatton. I like Hatton vs margarito or cotto, but that won't happen.

Wherever and whoever he fights I'll be on the front row again just incase it happens to be his final fight.

I was on the front row at UFC 105 and sat 3 seats away from GSP shit was crazy.

shit article by Benny Dirs IMO

'chasing the dragon'? fucking heroin? why say anything about dragons in the title if you don't mention them in the article. WTF is going on here, dammit! lol

Bringing up Greg Page? how silly, totally different situation.

Roach, who suffers from Parkinson's disease exacerbated by boxing

not aware of the study which confirmed this is possible? Does it exist? Surely Ben can provide us with it?

Didnt Marquez go the distance with Floyd ?

^ Irelevant because Mayweather was just putting on a show, Marquez gives up to much size and strength so Hatton will still win if they fought.

I am not to sure if hatton would win but would be a great fight.

He would beat Marquez but against the likes of Cotto, Nelson, Mayweather and the man himself Pacman... No chance.

That doesn't matter either, he's been like that his whole career.

I hope he hangs up the gloves but think the fire still burns. He'll not do to well with none of the top 5 guys imo

I don't really know why people keep saying JMM is small compared to Hatton, it's fairly imo. Same height roughly.

I'd be intrested to see Hatton vs JMM, JMM is an awesome fighter...seems to have lost alot of credit since the Mayweather fight but he's still one of the best around at his weight.

Hatton vs Cotto would also be decent. Either way i'm glad to see him fight again and pray he can go out on a win, one of my fav fighters and he's done alot for british boxing...don't want to see him go out on a loss. I know people say he should retire but if it was that easy why does pretty much every single fighter come back? If you retire on top fans will call for you to come back, seems like you can't rightfully retire untill you've had a few losses which is stupid.

I like Hatton i just think sportsmen should try jump out at the top and not keep trying to re-live former glory.

Anyone that is around Ricky will tell you he is going down the wrong path...
Ricky Hatton is 16 stone right now, and basically has a drink problem.
He needs to sort his lifestyle out before even thinking of getting in the ring.

16 stone lol...what the fuck, is that true?

Truemanc
16-01-2010, 09:30 PM
Yep its true... he was at a friends house over the Christmas period, he was huge, out of shape and drunk as a skunk.

I believe there is a rumor that Ricky is spose to fight Andre Ward on 17/04/10... he is going to fight him at Super middleweight????

I find that hard to believe some how lol!

I mean we all know how he stays off the beer and cuts alot of weight while training for a fight, but can you let it go like that over and over in between fights and get in the ring and beat guys that are training like a pro-athlete, even old man Maywhether was telling Ricky about the drink whey before the Pac-man fight..... look what happened.

At some point that shit will catch up with you.

Ricky told me he had no real plans of fighting again but IF he did make a come back it would only be for one of two reasons.......Mayweather rematch or Khan......

Dont do it Ricky!! you have nothing to prove and more then enough money in the bank. Get fat and enjoy yourself lad!!

He is 12st 10 now, he was just on the TV saying so. He is gonna come back and it will likely be against Cotto or Marquez. Maybe even Khan now he's split with Frank Warren.

If he could beat Cotto or JMM then him vs Khan in England would be sweet.
