Last night class foundation at Carlson's Hammersmith

To put it into context the class begins at 19.45 on a Friday evening....

Excellent class taught by Barnaby..... 30 guys on the mats...... 17 white belts..... 13 higher grades....... white belts almost every had one to one tuition with a higher grade.... all higher grade got to get greater insight in to their game by supporting the white belts..... Tough sparring ..... great atmosphere...... everyone left with something valuable...... looking forward to training next week
