after spending the last couple of years with bars and dumb bells and cardio workouts ,i have been converted after working with the kettle bells .
i have got hold of a set from wolverson fitness 8 ,12,16 and 20 to start with ,money ran out then.
been training daily for 30 min constant sessions and realy feeling and enjoying them but am looking to find more excersizes as i would like to mix it up a bit more.
i have been looking on you tube and the ikff website .
can anybody give me some different tips excersizes or sites to head to .
