I had a go on these at the gym today for the first time, but my question is ;

"Are these machines gay, and do they make you gay ?"

yes they are gay but whether they convert you to full blown homosexuality is yet to be scientifically proven.

Doing iso's on the adductor machine with max weight does help with squeezing endurance for triangles. Still pretty gay though I suppose.
