My heads done in over what bag to buy> My girlfriend said she will just order me one of these for my birthday, along with Got Fight?.

Yay or Nay?

Mate, not sure if the link will come up below but if not have a look at RDX bags on ebay. My mrs got me a maize one over a year ago and its great for the price.

Dont pay any more than £ 50 for a bag unless its leather than your looking at about £ 70 to £ 150 depending on make.

thinking of buying that bag myself, is it worth it?
how did you attach it to the ceiling? did you have to buy another hook?
any info about the bag, the company would be great

I've got the maize bag version and I can't fault it. I have already got a bracket up in the garage and have a 5 ft bag so I just switch them around depending what I'm training.

The only negative was the gloves that came with the bag. They were not adequate for the weight of the bag and I've never used them.

I would recommend.
