can anybody tell me where Marcos trains?
Is his gym in glasgow itself?
Anybody have a number for him? (p.m if u dont want to put on here)

exuse my ignorance..is kilmarnock far away by train?
im thinking of spending some time in glasgow shortly and would like to train some bjj gi or no gi..
does the grip house offer any morning bjj or rolloing?
Anyone that i could chat to?

Eh, I don't know what trains go to killie but the 4 and x77 buses do. It's bout half an hour on the x77 if you go outside of rush hours. Train should be similar.
Griphouse has bjj classes noon on Mondays and Thursdays. One of those is no gi but I forget which.

thats great..helps alot..
will try and get a hold of timetable online to fill up my days that i have free..also get a run out to marcos and try his class..
im trying to fill my time up as i will be there for around a week..lazing about doing f*ck all except training!!

Marcos also takes a class at the d-unit on fridays.. 6pm..

BJJ Scotland classes in Kilmarnock;
Monday 6pm, NO GI.
Tuesday 6pm, BJJ 7pm, BJJ sparring.
Thursday 6pm, BJJ 7pm, BJJ sparring.
Sunday 11am, Open mat.
Trains and buses run regular to Kilmarnock from Glasgow. (takes about 35mins)
I've pm'd you Marcos's number.

Marcos trains has his own club, Lycans fight Academy on Holmquarry Road, Kilmarnock. A top bloke and and awesome BJJ coach.
