Nintendo DS game downloading

:o Right, im crap with technology it has to be said sadly!

i have got my kids some R4 cards which they can play downloaded Nintendo Ds games on and a while ago i done them a load of games. long story short the site i downloaded from is now gone!

i tried to download some and they came in 'rar' format not 'nds' so they wouldn't play! apparantly you can get some sort of adapter to change them over, but that all sounds like a lot of mucking about!

Can i download the latest games on nds files and where from?

.rar is just an archive file, it compresses the file so you can store it at the cost of less memory (like winzip)

download WinRar and you'll be able to extract the .nds file from the ones you've already downloaded!

Winrar makes rar files, rar files are exactly the same as zip files.

In basic terms...you've downloaded the roms, but they're in the rar files.
