hi

whenever we are sparring and doing kicking exercises at training my shins and ankles always nack. when 1st started they said the would condition themselves but now 6 mnth dwn the line and doesnt seem to have done.

any tips on how i can condition them?

More kicking heavy bags / pads. They WILL get more conditioned over time but will still hurt if you kick elbows, get kicks checked, if they move back and you kick with instep instead of shin etc.

still having problems with left shin. just doesnt seem to be improving but right shin and ankles defo are
