Does anyone know of any womens self defence classes in London?

Thanks mate but it is not for me, it is for my 15yr old sister and she wants to do a women only self defence class, (first time she has expressed any interest in martial arts! so my plan is to find her a good class and then when she has done that for a little while see if she is interested in moving on to mixed classes/proper martial arts classes)

I appreciate your sister may feel more confident in an all female class, but if she is considering self defence, she should attend a mixed class, as she is statistically more likely to be attacked by a guy than a girl. Just a bit of advice.
