Great ladies only training day! :D
Had a 4hour training session with Rosi & Helen who were both awesome and met some really great girls.
Hope another session will be organised soon, I'll definately be putting my name down. Loving Caged Steel gym too when we eventually found it :(

I'll post some pics up later xx

The day was fantastic. A big thanks to Caged Steel for providing the venue, to Helen and Rosi for great instruction and Darren and Dave for organising it. :D
