I have been pondering setting up a Scottish MMA blog - I am just wondering whether there would be the support for it?

This forum is great for talking about shows, posting notices about needing fighters etc. But I believe it would be of benefit if there was an online home for at the very least, hosting current cards and results.

I ask if there would be support for it, because it would involved promotions/clubs sending in information. But if they were willing to do that, I think it could be a good resource for keeping track of what is happening in Scottish MMA. It would also allow the posting of photos and videos in one handy place.

Does anyone else believe this would work? Or do you see any flaws?

Yeah this sounds like a gd idea!! it would be hard 2 get all teams involved as some dont really use the web to promote events.

I try to do this via MMA Hit Pit but getting people to give out info of their own shows is like getting blood from a stone,

its kinda like if your not training at a gym then you will never find out about them,

What about making it a wiki so that promoters can put up details of their own shows. Means that instead of 1 or a few people doing it then everyone can contribute?
