View Full Version : Pedro Bessa Cardiff any good??

Ive just started Muay Thai (literally had 1 lesson) and would like to take up BJJ, after a few quick web searches i found Pedro Bessa in Cardiff, and it's timetable fits mine perfectly lol. Just to ask what you guys think of the place and if i should give it a shot.
Any advice welcome, thanks

brilliant place to train , pedro is a very good coach and there is alot of talent there , all cool guys too.

btw how often is the wrestling class down there? i've read on a previous thread about it being available soon on more than one day.. has this happened yet do you know?

Just the Tuesday wrestling class at the moment.
The Thursday BJJ session starts from 6.30pm this week.

ok thanks, my muay thai classes are changing to mon and weds from next week, typical! hopefully get there for the wrestling though. looks good cheers guys

there is a Friday BJJ class in Pontcanna Dojo .
you should pop along to the BJJ it is very good at the WIS, Leo Pires (Black belt) will be taking next Mondays class too.

right ok, gonna stick to the muay thai for now but once transport is sorted (been out of work for a bit) i'll be up for that. cheers for your help guys most appreciated
