Just wondered what would be a good routine to do to improve my strength and also endurance so I don't gas during training

I am hoping to train first thing in the morning say 7am and then train mma in the evening. Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat

So what would be a good routine to start with?

find a strenth and conditioning class in your gym, thats what i did and it improved my strenth and stamina alot in 6months

A mixture of compound lifting (oly if you have the strength) and met con work. 2 sessions of each per week would be a good place to start.
