First Women's Only Session at Leicester MMA Academy

On Friday 26th March 2010 Leicester MMA Academy hosted it’s first women only training session. Leicester Shootfighters own Caz “Ghost Owl” Tweedy lead the class through a an introduction to Submission Wrestling technique and LJ Adams finished the evening off with a fitness circuit.

Feedback has been superb and we are planning another class very soon.

After the huge success of our first all women training session we’ve swiftly organised a follow up day for Saturday 24th April.
