I do this on a treadmill

5min warm up
45 second sprint 30 second jog x6-10

Presto your a cardio machine

cool, I've got a nice little routine which I'll post up when I finish exams and I've perfected it a bit more.

I use a uni treadmill that accelerates and decelrates well fast

I do a warm up at 8.5mph for 5mins then start the spriints

the speed range from 12mph till 14mph.

I usually do it like this 3x 12mph 3x12.5mph 2x13mph and 2 14mph

And then i throw up :p
