Amateur MMA Fighters step up !

The Cage Warriors Fighting Championship are holding an event May 22nd at the NEC and as part of this we are preparing a 4 man same weight tournament for amateur or semi pro fighters based in the Midlands, looking to step up and take their careers to a whole new level.

There will be two preliminary fights at the start of the evening for which the winners of each 2 x 3 minute bouts will go through to the main card later in the evening to decide the ultimate winner in a 3 x 3 minute showdown

In the UK, the show will be watched by 1,100 arena fans, streamed live to cagewarriors.com to the 9,000+ registered viewers, streamed to suitable mobile handsets and also condensed down for broadcast on cable internationally, the stream is now also being taken up in North America - more details to follow

The overall winner will receive a total One Years Prize fund of cash, equipment, training products, nutrition and apparel worth so far £3000 and rising daily as new sponsors come on board to support this grass roots development by the Cage Warriors team.

Interested parties should contact Ian Dean (ian.dean@cagewarriors.com) for fighter application and sponsors should contact Tony Mac (tony.mac@cagewarriors.com) to learn more about this opportunity and receive a media pack.
