alrite guys i was wondering if anyone could help me.

i have a torn cartilage in my right knee which im having an op for soon, however i have just recently pulled my quadricep. therefore i can't go running etc. i also can't hit the bag because a) my quad still niggles when i do it, and b) it rle hurts my knuckle.

does anyone have any idea of how i can do calorie buring exercises bearing in mind i have these injuries, it would be much appreciated as i have put on half a stone in 2 weeks and am starting to look like ricky hatton.
