I know there are lots of candidates especially if we draw on history. But who do you think is the most shot boxer on the current scene? Taking into consideration the heights they scaled and what they were in their prime.
I would have to say Roy Jones Jr is my choice. Still fighting even now.
i would say danny williams is up there but i think he has called it a day now, you could argue that enzo macc is shot but after seeing him win in russia lately im hoping he can put a nice run together and get back up there because i think on his day he's right up there and he's got a sweet dig that can hurt anyone in his division

Its a shame to meantion RJJ, at hi speak the best boxer to have walked on this planet but he is the most deterioratd too. His dad having him spar huge boxers from a young age has taken its toll...

I agree mate. That's one of the reason's I've heard it called 'the dark art'. Time and time again people never walk out at the right time. Although perhaps RJJ has taken it way beyond that. Perhaps he thinks he's got that one last bit of glory left in him.

I just saw Williams V's Chisora and Williams looked terrible. Barely threw anything.

Evander Holyfield surely.. great boxer in his prime but holding out for glory still at the age of 47

mma fighters like tito and chuck and shamrock can lose as much as they want and people dont blink a eye , a boxer losses and people call them shot of past it i see a boxing match bloke was 51 unbeaten and he got beat on points and the comentaters turn round and said he should call it a day he had 2 titles and was only 32 , most mma fighters dont hit there peak until there in there 30s plus

Williams was shot as soon as he lost to Ironfist. Holyfield is waaaay beyond his prime but holding it together amongst a generally poor division. RJJ has taken wayyy too much to continue.

Good question. I would have to say that Williams made him look good. The jury is still out on Chisora. It's interesting with Chisora, Sexton and Tyson Fury all blowing a lot of hot air. Chisora might be the one that backs it up more but we'll see.
