Starting this week the Griphouse Gym in Glasgow will be running a Ladies Only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Class on Tuesdays from 6-7pm.
Classes will be taken by BJJ Blue Belt and Pro MMA Fighter Kathryn Gallagher and are suitable for all levels.
