amazon.co.uk are really good, you can get drm free music albums, audio books at reasonable prices and usually cheaper than itunes, video's/movies are not available yet in uk as they are trialing it in states first....

Lots of vids on google video that are compatible with ipod. Loads of great documentaries etc.

or just take them off any site useing keepvid.com save them as mp4 or use something like winavi mp4 converter to convert and sync anything in your collection to you ipod.
