muay thai/kickboxing in notts

does anyone know of any muay thai or k-1/kickboxing clubs around notts? preferably within quick easy reach of clifton. was training at long eaton doin mma but due to work and home commitments cannot keep the travel up to le around shifts. any info would be cool

Bushido MMA run a variety of classes and Liberty Gym just round the corner has kickboxing classes too.

Bushido has a sub forum on here with a timetable but I don't think Liberty Gym has a site, however if you pop in the gym (not far from the Ice Stadium) you can pick a timetable up.

Also google Owen Comrie, not sure where he is based now but he is top coach, works with a lot of the Roughhouse guys.
