Depends what you want, his routine here is purely for muscular endurance, you wouldn't really get any stronger doing this routine, but be able to go for longer if you know what I mean. so depends what your goal is, he strong enough so probably trains like this purely for endurance. If you weren't very strong, I stick with the bp/squat/dl etc till you were and then incoporate something like this
