Incredibly interested in this one!
Problem is currently living up in Leeds, but looking to find work and move back to London, as and when I do I will defo pop in, perhaps full time!
As I understand it, to train with you guys you HAVE TO pay £100 and do the "workshops" - and then start training at the normal classes?
The other question would be - do you have conditioning and weights facilities, and does gold membership allow access to them all the time, or is that only certain hours also?
Cheers, Jon!

Hi Jon,
You are correct , all you need to do is the Intro Workshops which are 2 hours each per Team your wanting to join .
And yes we have plenty kettlebells and olympic weights to keep you busy, with a Gold Card membership you can attend the gym with FULL ACCESS to everything on the timetable as well as use the gym outside of the class times,
We also have a dedicated bag studio separate to the gym which is availble to use, a fully stocked shop at reception for any equipment or clothing you need is there to!
No juice bar tho , we used all our space for the benefit of training ;)

Do you have gun racks so I can holster my guns on the way in?
- only kidding obv :p
I don't think I can make it down that soon for the current workshop dates you have on your site, but as soon as I get a job down there I'll come in asap.
The other thing is, I would pay £100 for all the workshops- but I don't think my body could handle that many sessions in one day, are they able to be spread out across different dates etc?

yes we can spread them out for you no problem ....... its a tight unit here @ the clinic, and we do everything in our power to help make things easy for new members to the Team, regardless if you want to join to get fit or join to potentially go on to fight

Say you wanted to start BJJ at the gym do you still have to do the workshop even if you have been training in BJJ for years?

Have you got any forward dates in advance other than the workshops you've put up already for late June- I.e. this week?
I'm actually coming down to London for a week, around the 2nd/3rd July on business and family matters, so I may be able to pop in.
Having said that, the time between I've done the workshops and start training regularly MAY have several months distance (depending on job availability in London) - would this be a problem either?
Thanks again! JL.
